How much can CITURLAN underwear actually hold?¿Cuánto puede absorber realmente la ropa interior CITURLAN?
It depends on the style. Our light women's range holds up to 70 ml, the everyday women's and men's ranges hold up to 100 ml, and the men's Ultra holds up to 150 ml. For reference, 100 ml is about a third of a cup. Most customers wearing the 100 ml style get a comfortable full working day out of a pair.

Can anyone tell I'm wearing it?¿Se nota que la llevo puesta?
No. The absorbent core is built into the fabric rather than added as a liner, so there is no bulk, no crinkle and no plastic sound when you move. The outer fabric is matte and looks like ordinary underwear on the line or in a drawer. There is no medical branding anywhere on the garment.

How do I wash them?¿Cómo se lavan?
Rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash cold or warm on a normal cycle with the rest of your laundry. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener — softener coats the absorbent fibres and reduces how much they can hold. Washed this way, a pair keeps its performance for 200+ washes, which is roughly six months to a year of regular rotation.
Enjuágalas con agua fría después de usarlas y lávalas a máquina en frío o en tibio, en un ciclo normal junto con el resto de tu ropa. Sécalas en secadora a baja temperatura o al aire. No uses lejía ni suavizante: el suavizante recubre las fibras absorbentes y reduce su capacidad. How many pairs do I need?¿Cuántos pares necesito?
Most people start with a 3- or 5-pack. That gives you enough to wear one, have one in the wash and keep one spare, without doing laundry every single day. If you are using them overnight as well as during the day, a 5-pack is the more comfortable place to start.

What size should I order?¿Qué talla debo pedir?
Order your usual underwear size — our range runs true to size from M to 2XL (to 3XL in the cotton briefs). If you are between sizes, size up: a slightly looser fit sits flatter and leaks less than a waistband that is straining. Full measurements are on our size guide.

Is the packaging discreet?¿El embalaje es discreto?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded outer bag or box. There is nothing on the outside that names the product category, and the sender line shows only our company name.

Can I return them if the fit is wrong?¿Puedo devolverlas si la talla no me queda bien?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unworn items with the packaging intact — so try one pair on over your own underwear before opening the rest. If a pair arrives faulty, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full, no return needed. Full details on the returns page.

No. CITURLAN underwear is a consumer garment designed for comfort and absorbency. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Incontinence can have causes worth investigating, so if it is new, worsening, or painful, please speak to a doctor — this product manages the symptom, not the cause.
